Approve a delivery or ask for changes
What to do after delivery, whether the work is ready to approve or needs changes.
Review the agreed deliverables
Use the original agreement as your reference point. If the work is complete and accepted, release the escrow to send the payment to the freelancer’s wallet.
If something is not right
Talk with the freelancer first. If the work needs changes, request a revision and say exactly what should change. If you still cannot agree, open the order’s Resolution Center: you can ask to cancel there, or contact support and ask for a human arbiter. The funds stay in escrow throughout.
